• Deposit payment at the time of booking

Ameluna Soul reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY -

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations made with sufficient notice may:

• Be rescheduled to another available time, or

• Receive a refund where applicable.

2. Late Cancellations -

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.

In some circumstances, Ameluna Soul may offer a reschedule at its discretion.

3. Missed Appointments -

If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, the session will generally be considered forfeited and non-refundable.

4. Events and Workshops -

For group events, sound journeys, or workshops:

• Cancellations 7 days or more before the event may receive a refund

• Cancellations within 7 days of the event may not be refundable

Tickets may be transferable to another participant where possible.

5. Australian Consumer Rights -

Refunds will be provided where required by law.
